Everything was very good, the staff were exceptionally nice and the location was magnificent! The room was large and outstanding, with with the bedroom, a hot tub and the balcony. Location: the hotel was near to Ponta Negra beach, and the common areas. I ate at the specialty restaurant near the property.

We definitely got great value for our money at this hotel. The room was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. The location was excellent, with easy access to taxis for getting around. The staff treated us with a smile, friendliness, and efficiency, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

The only thing that could make the breakfast better is more variety in the food options.

The swimming pools, the breakfast buffet, the view, the staff very flexible and helpful, offered me an earlier check in and also the room change, once I informed them the room did not match my reservation.

The abusive prices for the excursions organized by the hotel, the buggy trip was 100 reais more expensive than the normal price, besides that the buggy driver charged me for the ferry transfer, which is included on the price, but after communication to the hotel staff, they refunded me the money.

The hotel was in a great location, right by the beach, with easy access to other restaurants off the premises. The staff was helpful and even advanced us some cash to get to the airport. The common areas were well-maintained and nice. The room had a comfortable bed and the bathroom was clean and spacious. The breakfast selection was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. the hotel provided a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

The hotel rooms could be noisy at times due to the nearby shops, offices, and bar.

i paid for ethernet, which was terrible, i am in Rio de janerio, and wi fi is free & excellant. @ princess hotel where i stay 3 times a year my only complaint with serhs. the facility was nice.

Lastly, the included breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of choices. One detail I really appreciated was having a balcony with a hot tub in my room, it added a touch of luxury to my stay.

This hotel was a great choice for my stay and I can't think of anything that could be improved.

Good standard but overpiced services (meals, wine etc.). Good and cheap car rental inside the hotel.

Expensive accommodation and services. Steaks in steak restaurant not so good quality.

Brilliant base for exploring Natal. Magnificent view, good breakfast options with omelettes, fresh fruits and also special options. Amiable and really friendly staff, very very good stay. Peaceful and exceptionally nice location nearer or farther from the ocean, and 0 min walking distance to Via Costeira👌

Great hotel with excellent facilities, staff, and food. Spacious rooms with fantastic beach views. Kids club and baby kitchen are wonderful additions.

Need to use internet, crazy rate,cupboard for cloths too small for stay 3-4 nights, area beach just ok, a little big too far from shopping area by walking
